It’s been a couple days since Chyna and I spent an idyllic weekend clambering over 900-year old temples, but I can still feel the hot Cambodian sun toasting my shoulders and the sensation of ancient stones underneath my slippers. We had a golden time in Siem Reap: carefully stepping around huge tree roots and broken stones, soaking in the silence and history of abandoned temples, examining religious architecture, and sampling khmer cuisine. It was also our first time to plan and travel abroad with a friend, which made the trip even more exciting.
