I’m slowly working on one. Currently quite busy but I will definitely make a tutorial!
“What do you use to create shadows? Do you use the pen tool or the brush or simple drop shadow? Your shadows look soft and realistic, I like it! =]”
I use a soft brush tool set to a low opacity and press with my fingers on my trackpad. Nothing fancy and somewhat tedious. Works for me though!
“How do you do those textures?”
I experiment with layer filters and I have a massive collection of textures. Some are photos, some were made by me.
“What camera do you use?”
I use a Sony Cyber-shot. It’s one of the best investments I’ve made recently because it takes great pictures. I’m not a photographer so it’s great to have a point-and-shoot that produces pictures that are up to my visual standards. I usually tweak the curves and saturation a bit but normally the regular photos suffice.
